The aiCIO list—referred to as “The Knowledge Brokers”—recognizes the 25 most influential investment consultants around the world. The group was selected by editors of aiCIO based on how they influence the allocation and selection decisions of capital.

aiCIO selected Jacobs as most influential based on his expertise in pension risk—calling him “the authority on pension risk transfer”—and leadership both within Aon Hewitt and in the broader consulting world.

Working with Aon Hewitt’s pension actuarial consultants and investment consultants, he develops strategic and dynamic asset allocation solutions, analyzes plan settlement strategies, and monitors the success of these strategies against both traditional and nontraditional benchmarks.
