LONDON (October 2, 2015) – Aon plc (NYSE:AON), the leading global provider of risk management and human resource consulting and outsourcing, announced today that John Cullen, currently CFO of its global Risk Solutions segment, will replace Rob Brown as CEO of Aon Risk Solutions EMEA, as of Monday, 5 October.

John Cullen has served as CFO of Aon’s global Risk Solutions business and Chairman of the Aon Risk Solutions Pacific region since 2014. He has held a number of senior executive positions at Aon in almost 20 years with the firm, including CFO of Asia operations and COO of the UK Risk Solutions business. Prior to joining Aon, John worked at PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and was a specialist in insurance and banking services in London and Hong Kong.
