Aon Hewitt Launches New Service Combining Data Science Expertise with HireVue Insights to Help Companies Improve the Recruitment Process
New Offering Combines Consulting and Analytics Expertise to Allow Organizations to Strategically Implement the Data Behind HireVue Insights ™

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., October 8, 2014 – Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), announced today it will work with HireVue, the leading digital recruiting and interaction provider, to offer enhanced consulting services that allows companies to make actionable recruitment decisions through HireVue Insights, the company’s data-driven candidate and interviewer recommendation engine. Aon Hewitt will leverage its selection and assessment consultants, data science expertise and insights from industrial and organizational psychologists to help clients make more strategic, fact-based recruiting decisions.

Aon Hewitt’s Talent Insight and Analytics team will provide added support for HireVue’s new HireVue Insights big data and predictive analytics engine. This will enable companies to evaluate candidates well beyond resume or profile data, to help predict the likelihood of who will become top performers. Aon Hewitt will also help companies understand the right questions to ask, how to interpret the data provided by HireVue and how to take action on their recruiting strategies using fact-based analytics.
