Aon Hewitt and TalentCorp collaborate to launch the Best Employers – Malaysia 2015 Programme
Recognizing Employers who Empower Results

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 May 2014 – Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON) in collaboration with Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp)  recently launched the Best Employers 2015 Program in Malaysia, with myStarjob being the official media partner. The launch was attended by 88 senior HR and business leaders.

Introduced in 2001, the Best Employers Program is an on-going service designed to improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, employer brand and culture in order drive high performance in companies. Best practices in talent management and benchmark reports are shared, with participating companies comparing themselves to other aspiring or recognized Best Employers.
