Riyadh 20^th October 2014: As part of their commitment to driving excellence by increasing the efficiency of the public sector employees, the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) has signed a strategic partnership with Aon Hewitt, Saudi Arabia, part of the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), to help develop tools which will better equip them to achieve their future development goals.

Founded in 1961, the IPA was established as a body-corporate, autonomous government agency, with an aim to increase the efficiency of public employees and educate them in a manner that would raise the level of administration and support the foundation of national economic development. The IPA contributes to the administrative organization of government departments, offers consultations on administrative problems referred to it by government ministries and agencies, undertakes administrative research works, and enhances cultural ties in the field of public administration.
