Chairman, U.S. Retail
Warren Mula is chairman of U.S. Retail, Aon Corporation’s U.S. insurance brokerage and risk management company. He is a member of the Aon Risk Services Global Executive Committee and serves as the head of the Aon Brokerage Group (ABG) and all of the National Industry Practices. This includes our Bermuda Broking operations and London Broking Group for U.S.-based clients.
Warren has national oversight responsibility for client retention and insurance carrier relations. This includes his work in leading our National Service Board, which focuses on service excellence, productivity and efficiency through assessment, tools and standard processes. The Board’s efforts include our Signature Service national quality standards program.
Warren was previously the executive sponsor and advocate for our Account Executive business unit. Account Executive Management is the foundation for Aon’s client-focused business model. As a senior leader in ARS, his work in overseeing client service management activities creates the framework for client satisfaction. This encompasses the development of service standards as they relate to the value, cost, and quality of professional, information, and organizational capital. Duties include the creation and oversight of ARS’ compensation strategies to assure fairness, transparency and value added to clients.
Warren has been with Aon for 28 years. His experience encompasses a variety of senior management positions including managing principal of the Northeast Region, national head of the Strategic Account Management (SAM) Group and managing director of the Baltimore/Washington D.C. offices.
