Cheryl Fitch, executive vice president of Outsourcing, was named one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 12 Women Leaders in Consulting in 2013, and Petra Slater, partner and market leader of the firm’s New York City office, was honored by the YWCA of the City of New York as an exceptional women leader.

Fitch was recognized with a Client Service Award by Consulting Magazine for ensuring world-class delivery for 90 large Fortune 500 benefits outsourcing clients that rely on Aon Hewitt for innovative talent, retirement and health solutions. This includes client service and satisfaction, quality of delivery and the development of 2,700 colleagues across North America and India. Throughout her 20-year career at Aon Hewitt, Fitch has been instrumental in strengthening and expanding client relationships and creating a highly engaged and productive workforce.

Slater was honored by the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders, a powerful network of women who demonstrate outstanding leadership, achievement and contributions to their institutions and communities. In addition to leading Aon Hewitt’s New York City office, Slater serves on the Board of Directors of the Collegiate Chorale and is actively involved in the Jan Hus Food Kitchen.
