Szot, Jim Reilly, Gary L. Stevens and Micah Chen have joined Aon Construction Services Group. All are based in Los Angeles.

Szot has more than 30 years of insurance brokerage experience, with a strong background in the construction market. In his role as managing director and executive vice president, he is responsible for designing and implementing owner- and contractor-controlled insurance programs and surety placements for contractors and residential builders and developers. Prior to joining Aon, Szot spent 14 years at Willis Construction, where he served as managing director.

Reilly brings more than 25 years of construction insurance experience to Aon. As senior vice president, he is responsible for designing wrap-up insurance programs and property/casualty coverages for the company's general and specialty contractor client base. He was previously senior vice president at Willis Construction. Prior to his nearly five years with Willis, Reilly was an underwriter for CNA and Kemper Insurance. He began his career as a contractor in the residential home construction market.

In his role as senior vice president, Stevens comes to Aon with 18 years of experience in the construction insurance industry. In this position, he will handle complex insurance claims for the company's portfolio of residential builders, developers and contractors. Stevens was previously a senior vice president at Willis, responsible for developing owner- and contractor-controlled insurance programs.

Chen, vice president, brings to the company more than 15 years of experience in construction insurance and will utilize his expertise to service the environmental risk management needs of construction clients. He was also most recently at Willis Construction, serving as vice president. Prior to Willis, he held various positions at AIG Construction.
