Based in Denver, Rons will help enforce Aon Construction Services Group's strategic commitment to grow its footprint in the state of Colorado.

Rons, 46, holds 20 years of construction underwriting experience. In his role as assistant vice president, Surety Operations, he will utilize his underwriting skills and access to the underwriting market to assist Aon clients with market submissions and to bring additional excellence to Denver's construction practice. Rons was most recently employed with Safeco Surety as a senior account specialist. At Safeco, he was responsible for executing and implementing strategies to exponentially grow the company's surety practice.

Rons holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife and three children.
