Payne's managed care expertise will enable a strategic expansion of iVOS Review Software and Service, Valley Oak's market-leading medical bill review software and expert outsourced bill review service. Payne will also spearhead market expansion of iVOS Case Management and develop additional managed care programs.

Payne brings 20 years of expertise in workers' compensation managed care services, including medical bill review, utilization review, and case management. Most recently, Payne worked as vice president of operations at TRISTAR Insurance Group. In this position, she directed TRISTAR Managed Care, the company's medical cost containment division. She also worked in various positions at Corvel Corporation, HealthNet, and Nationwide Insurance.
