CHICAGO, May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), announced today the following assistant vice presidents were promoted to vice president in their respective practice groups across the country:

  Atlanta
  -- John Hess, Retirement. Hess is the operations director for the global
     research unit of Aon Investment Consulting and is a specialist in
     global and international equity products. He has been with Aon for 13
     years.
  -- Julie Pike, Employee Benefits Outsourcing. Pike is a client delivery
     officer and is responsible for the delivery of services to a number of
     employee benefits outsourcing clients in the health and benefits and
     defined benefits arenas. She has been with Aon for nine years.


  Austin, Texas
  -- Suzi Anderson, Health & Benefits. Anderson is an account manager
     specializing in strategic planning, plan design and underwriting
     projections. She provides health and benefits consulting services to
     clients and also serves as a resource and lead consultant for the
     Austin office. She has been with Aon for nine years.


  Baltimore
  -- Daniel Gardecki, Retirement. Gardecki is a consulting actuary and
     responsible for assisting clients with the design, funding and
     administration of their retirement programs. He has been with Aon for
     18 years.
  -- Terrence Pringle, Health & Benefits. Pringle is responsible for
     providing consulting services to a number of large clients including
     hospitals, utilities and not for profit governmental groups. He assists
     clients with strategic planning, contract negotiations and due
     diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He has been with Aon for eight
     years.


  Chicago
  -- Michael Antoine, Retirement. Antoine is a team leader for Chicago's
     Defined Benefits practice as well as a consulting actuary. He is
     responsible for assisting clients with the design, funding and
     administration of their retirement programs. He has been with Aon for
     six years.


  Irvine, Calif.
  -- David Wachtel, Health & Benefits. Wachtel is an account manager with
     expertise in underwriting, plan design and alternative funding
     arrangements. He provides health and welfare consulting services for
     mid-market and larger firms in southern California and is involved with
     the training of new Aon employees. Wachtel has been with Aon for two
     years.


  New York
  -- Lynn Devany, Human Capital. Devany is responsible for creating and
     implementing communication strategies for clients in areas such as
     employee benefits, employee education and compensation and performance
     management. She has been with Aon for 29 years.
  -- Heidi Mader, Business Development. Mader is responsible for creating
     and executing business development strategies for Aon Consulting and
     serves as a national expert on workers' compensation issues in health
     care. She has been with Aon for four years.
  -- Joseph Whalen, Health & Benefits. Whalen is responsible for managing
     the accounts of some of Aon's largest health & benefits clients. He
     specializes in merger & acquisition consulting services. Whalen has
     been with Aon for 10 years.


  Orlando, Fla.
  -- Betsy Hill, Health & Benefits. Hill is an account manager and is
     responsible for providing strategic planning and consulting services
     for a number of major employers in Florida. She has been with Aon for
     seven years.


  Radnor, Pa.
  -- Kimberly McGarvey, Health & Benefits. McGarvey is responsible for
     managing the operations and reporting for Aon Consulting's National
     Health Care Data Analytics practice. She works with clients in the
     public and private sectors to deliver analysis encompassing the entire
     spectrum of disease management and wellness as well as available data
     and risk adjustment methodologies. She has been with Aon for five years.


  Rolling Meadows, Ill.
  -- Mike Weidner, Employee Benefits Outsourcing. Weidner serves as an
     account manager and client delivery officer for a number of employee
     benefits outsourcing clients. He has been with Aon for 12 years.


  Somerset, N.J.
  -- Clara Kim, Retirement. Kim is part of Aon Consulting's National Tax &
     ERISA practice and responsible for providing advice and counsel to
     major clients on their qualified and non-qualified benefits plans with
     respect to ERISA and federal income tax laws. She consults regularly
     with clients on legislative and regulatory issues and on employee
     benefits strategies. She has been with Aon for seven years.


  Southfield, Mich.
  -- Amy Mills, Human Capital. Mills partners with current and prospective
     Aon clients to create human resource-related solutions in the areas of
     selection, leadership assessment and development, performance
     management and talent management. She has been with Aon for 12 years.
  -- Matthew Such, Human Capital. Such is responsible for designing and
     delivering talent acquisition and talent management solutions for
     clients across a variety of industries. He advises clients on the
     development of innovative technology solutions as well as cultivates
     business development and marketing strategies for solution delivery
     expansion. Such has been with Aon for eight years.


  Stamford, Conn.
  -- Robert Northway, McLagan (1). Northway is head of the U.S. Mortgage
     Banking and Real Estate Consulting practices. He advises clients on
     compensation design programs that support business objectives and on
     market-share and performance issues. He has been with McLagan for four
     years.
  -- Carter Sherwood, McLagan. Sherwood is head of McLagan's Consumer
     Banking practice and responsible for leading the design and launch of
     global compensation benchmarking programs covering the credit card
     industry, retail banking and consumer and small business banking. He
     has been with McLagan for four years.
  -- Chris Tanana, McLagan. Tanana manages the Canadian Banking and Capital
     Market Studies and holds primary client relationship management
     responsibility for all of the large Canadian financial institutions.
     Tanana also manages McLagan's Board Flash and Staffing Benchmark
     products, global compensation and headcount analyses for large
     investment banks. He has been with McLagan for six years.


  Winston-Salem, N.C.
  -- Timothy Copeland, Retirement. Copeland is the defined benefits team
     leader and a member of Aon's National Retirement Practice Training
     Committee. He has been with Aon for 20 years.
  -- Kevin Holleran, Health & Benefits. Holleran serves as a technical team
     leader and mentor for Aon's southeast region. He is responsible for
     providing medical underwriting analysis, benefit plan analysis and
     benefit pricing and budgetary calculations for large clients. Holleran
     is also the compliance officer for the Winston-Salem office. He has
     been with Aon for nearly four years.
