CHICAGO, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), today announced it has hired Yves McGale as chief administration officer (CAO) for the U.S. Retirement Practice. This is a newly-created role within Aon Consulting.

McGale, 46, joins Aon Consulting from Mercer where he was a worldwide partner leading the organization's West Zone retirement practice. As Aon Consulting's U.S. Retirement Practice CAO, McGale will work to enhance Retirement Practice operations and support West Coast business development efforts. He also will help strengthen Aon Consulting's global actuarial offerings.
