LONDON, 21 October 2008 – Aon Consulting has appointed Mark Sullivan as practice leader for global benefits in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to drive continued growth in the global benefits arena.

Mark, formerly of Mercer, will focus on maintaining and enhancing Aon Consulting’s position in global benefits in EMEA by developing service lines and nurturing the best talent in the market.

Prior to joining Aon, Mark held the position of European head of International at Mercer, having worked both in the US and the UK. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and is chairman of the UK Association of Consulting Actuaries International Committee.
