HOUSTON, Dec. 7, 2009 – Aon Consulting, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced Henry Noey has joined the firm as Houston’s local market leader and a key account manager.

In his new role, Noey will be responsible for leading Aon’s consulting services and managing client relationships in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets. 

Noey has more than 30 years of business and human resources experience, including executive, operational and financial leadership. Most recently, he served as senior consultant and account manager for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where he assisted clients in strategic benefit redesign, global governance, organizational transformation and change management.

“Henry is a well-known industry leader with a deep understanding of HR’s global business issues and cultures,” said Chuck Longiotti, director of the Central West region[1] with Aon Consulting. “We are excited Henry has joined the team and we look forward to his continued success.”

Noey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University and completed the M.D. Anderson Executive Development Program in Health Care at the Jones Graduate School of Business of Rice University. Noey also received his certification as a Global Professional of Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management.
