NYSE:AON

NEW YORK/PARSIPPANY, N.J. (March 2, 2011) – Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced the addition of three leaders to the Greater New York business development team. Sonia Pollock and Michael D. Lezynski both join Aon as senior vice presidents, and Christine Moran joins as a managing director.

“The changing economy has increased risk levels across all industries, including health care, real estate and the public sector,” said Wendy White, executive vice president of Aon Risk Solutions and regional sales director for Greater New York. “These three new leaders are strategic advisors, and will help Aon Risk Solutions clients plan and prepare to mitigate risk and grow successful businesses.”

Pollock brings more than 24 years of experience to Aon's Parsippany, N.J. office. In her new role, she will focus on new business production, working closely with businesses in the tri-state region to evaluate existing and emerging risks. In addition, she will work closely with Aon's specialty practices to integrate the goals of Aon's clients into the strategic risk management process. Most recently, Pollock served as senior vice president and client advocate for Willis. She is an expert in the manufacturing, health care, life sciences, retail and hospitality industries. Lezynski will be based in Aon's Parsippany, N.J. office, providing new business development leadership for the entire Greater New York region. He brings 20 years of experience to Aon and will focus on driving value for organizations in the life sciences, food and beverage, real estate and private equity sectors. He comes to Aon from Conner Strong where he served as a business development leader. Prior to Conner Strong, Lezynski opened the N.J. office for Midwestern broker Hays Company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from The University of Notre Dame and serves as a trustee with the Tri-county Scholarship Fund and Kids Corporation.

Moran joins Aon's New York office with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to Aon, Moran was a principal with Towers Perrin's insurance brokerage group, working with organizations with complex risk profiles across multiple industry groups and often utilizing captives to solve risk management challenges.
