Aon Consulting Hires Vice President with Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice
Jim Causey to lead physician and advanced practitioner RPO

 

ST. LOUIS, May 25, 2010 -- Aon Consulting, the global benefits and human capital consulting business of Aon Corporation, today announced Jim Causey has joined the firm as vice president with Aon’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Practice, and leader of RPO for physicians and advanced practitioners.

Causey will have national business development responsibility, serving health care clients to bring Aon’s commercially proven RPO model to recruit physicians and advanced practitioners at hospitals, medical groups and health care delivery systems. 


Causey comes to Aon with more than 30 years of experience in business development, new product development and physician mergers and acquisitions with Medical Asset Management, Farris Group and Cejka & Co.  He has also worked with, or consulted to health care organizations such as Henry Ford Medical Group, Lovelace Healthcare, PacifiCare,  Washington University Medical School, and SaudiAramco. Most recently, he served as vice president, RPO Development with PracticeMatch Services.

Causey has a Bachelor of Science in military science and management from the University of Military Education, Officers Education Institute in Washington, D.C. He has served the boards of CD&M Electronics, Safe-Teen NM and Santa Fe Conservation Trust.  

He joined Aon April 13 and is based in St. Louis, Mo.
