Aon Sells Subrogation Services Business to Praxis Consulting

 

 

 

CHICAGO, June 29, 2010 – Aon Global Risk Consulting, a leading provider of risk advisory services and part of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), announced today that Praxis Consulting has acquired the assets of Aon Recovery, the firm’s subrogation specialty business unit. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

 

Aon Recovery’s clients will continue to receive high-quality service and benefit from Praxis’ large-scale subrogation operation. Praxis has a strong track record of success in this arena, and partnered with Aon to ensure a smooth transition of service responsibility.
