CHICAGO (Feb. 3, 2014) – Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), today announced two key leadership appointments in its rail industry practice, naming Otis Tolbert a practice leader and Rick DeCoster lead strategic account manager.

Tolbert, who will continue to serve as resident managing director of Aon’s The Capital operation, which includes Washington D.C. and Baltimore, has spent more than 15 years with the organization where he has worked closely with the rail team to support clients. In his new role as practice leader, Tolbert is responsible for establishing and executing strategies that bring the full force of Aon’s capabilities in risk and people to bear for all rail clients.

DeCoster, a 14-year Aon veteran based in Atlanta, has served in both office and practice leader capacities while working with Aon’s largest rail and transportation clients. In his new role as lead strategic account manager, DeCoster will continue to drive the overall risk management strategies for these diverse clients.
