Special Notice

21 July 2005

We are receiving reports of a number of incidents on the London Underground including Warren Street, Oval and Shepherd’s Bush. We understand that the stations have been evacuated and that the Northern Line has been suspended along with the Victoria Line and the Hammersmith and City. The nature of the incidents is unknown. The emergency services are advising no unnecessary travel at this time.

Aon’s Situation Response Team have taken the decision to ‘lock down’ the Devonshire Square estate, which means that anyone who is not an Aon employee will not be allowed onsite unless escorted from the gate by an Aon employee. We would also advise Aon employees to remain within the estate for their own safety until further notice.

No further information is currently available, however we will continue to monitor communications from the emergency services and advise you as soon as we have any further updates. We will continue to keep you updated by email, on KE and via www.aon.co.uk.

Please also make use of the 0800 089 4357 Aon emergency number for the latest updates.

Aon Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in respect of insurance mediation activities only.
