Aon and Employease Provide Clients an Innovative Platform for Streamlined HR and Benefits Administration

Aon (NYSE: AOC) announces that Aon Human Resources Outsourcing (Aon HRO), a division of Aon Consulting Inc., has formed a strategic alliance agreement with Employease, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand HR and benefits administration solutions. This alliance is the latest development in the growth and evolution of Aon HRO, adding HR and benefits outsourcing and insourcing capabilities.

Aon HRO provides clients with comprehensive outsourced health and welfare services, defined benefit and defined contribution solutions, performance measurement and improvement services, hiring and training expertise, leadership, learning and human resources best practices and strategic consulting.

According to Gary Budzinski, president of Aon HRO, "Our alliance with Employease enhances Aon's ability to offer affordable, flexible and scalable HR and benefits technology and outsourcing solutions. Our clients with fewer than 2,500 employees will have the opportunity to use the Employease platform to reduce administrative burdens, improve service to employees and focus more effectively on strategy. To date, more than 50 Aon clients have successfully implemented Employease to manage HR and benefits processes. Aon will now roll out the Employease solution to a broader audience.
