Aon HRO Chooses Deploy Solutions to Help Clients Attract and Retain High- Performance Employees

Aon (NYSE: AOC) has announced a strategic alliance agreement with Deploy Solutions, Inc., as part of the global, end-to-end human resources solutions provided to clients by Aon Human Resources Outsourcing (Aon HRO), a division of Aon Consulting. Deploy is a premier provider of applicant tracking, electronic recruiting and talent optimization solutions. This alliance, which adds Deploy's leading talent management solutions to Aon's expanding suite of integrated outsourcing services, is the latest development in the growth and evolution of Aon HRO.

Aon selected the Deploy Enterprise Talent Suite™ to deliver solutions focused on recruiting, hiring and retaining high-performance employees. This tool will be available to clients through Aon's proprietary HR Portal™, which gives clients the opportunity to adopt a self-service model, independent of application portfolios, to lower costs and improve service.
