Aon Consulting, the human capital and management consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), has announced that William H. Campbell has joined the Federal Government practice as a vice president.

In his role, Mr. Campbell will be responsible for Aon's Federal Government practice operations, which includes supporting human capital consulting and solution efforts within the federal government.

Mr. Campbell comes to Aon from the Department of Veterans Affairs where he was responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and overseeing all financial, budgetary, human resources, acquisition and logistics policies, systems and operations for the federal government's second largest agency.

Mr. Campbell holds a master's degree in technical management from Johns Hopkins University, a diploma in resource management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and a bachelor's degree in marine and electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
