Aon Consulting Announces New Hire in New York Office
Jill George joins as senior vice president in Human Capital practice

New York (Jan. 15, 2008)  – Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), today announced that Jill George has joined its New York office as senior vice president in the talent solutions division of the Human Capital practice.

George, 44, brings more than 20 years of talent management experience to Aon Consulting.

As senior vice president, she will utilize her knowledge of leadership development, assessment and organizational change strategies to advise clients on how to build high performance workforces. Most recently, George worked as an independent consultant assisting company executives with organizational and talent management processes. Prior to this role, George worked as a partner in Mercer Delta’s New York office where she assisted in building the Executive Talent Management practice.

George earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a master of science and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has co-authored three leadership books including a McGraw-Hill business book best seller, “The Team Leader's Survival Guide.”
