MINNEAPOLIS, April 29, 2010 -- Aon Consulting, the global benefits and human capital consulting business of Aon Corporation, today announced Susan Kiffin has joined the firm as vice president and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business development leader for the Central West region.*

Kiffin brings to Aon more than 18 years of business development experience at Concur Technologies, Kenexa, Dun & Bradstreet and Ceridian. As the business development leader for Aon's RPO Practice, Kiffin will be responsible for the growth of RPO's middle market solution, which offers small to mid-size companies a best-in-class recruitment program to compete with larger organizations at attracting and retaining talent.

Kiffin earned a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Kansas. 

She joined Aon April 5 and is based in Minneapolis.
