What’s new: In this week’s episode of the “On Aon” podcast, host and Director of External Engagement at Spencer Education Foundation Tandeka Nomvete is joined by a senior at Temple University, Jamal Evans, and a senior at the Honors College at Towson University, Austin Raymond, for a conversation about their personal views on inclusion and diversity perceptions, promises and practices in corporate America.

Together, they also dive into:

• How Jamal and Austin prepare themselves for job interviews and the steps they take to stand out among applicants;
• Jamal’s and Austin’s personal experiences around participating in job interviews where they felt they were at a disadvantage and how they overcame obstacles; and
