Business Insurance names two Aon executives as 2012 Women to Watch

LONDON (December 4, 2012) -- Aon plc (NYSE: AON) today announced that two executives have been named to Business Insurance magazine's 2012 Women to Watch list: Jennifer Fahey, executive vice president and chief broking officer U.S. and Americas for Aon Risk Solutions, and Maria Yao, executive vice president, HR Business Process Outsourcing of Aon Hewitt. 

One or more Aon leaders have been named to the Business Insurance Women to Watch list each year since the program was introduced in 2006. 

As chief broking officer U.S. and Americas for Aon Risk Solutions, Jennifer Fahey manages brokers in 12 countries. She creates and ensures consistent application of broking best practices and oversees Aon's broking strategies, processes and results for large, multinational clients. Fahey and her team also negotiate Structured Portfolio Solutions with strategic carriers, ensure best advocacy and equitable resolution on complex claims, and manage market and carrier relationships. 

Maria Yao services some of Aon Hewitt's largest client engagements. She is accountable for delivering and integrating Workforce Administration, Payroll, Time & Labor, HR Information Technology and Customer Service outsourcing services to a portfolio of Aon Hewitt's HR BPO clients, most of which are Fortune 500 organizations. She also oversees several Shared Services groups (Talent Management - Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development - Tax Filing, and Garnishment) that support clients across the HR BPO client portfolio. Yao manages a global P&L and is responsible for the growth, development and engagement of more than 310 colleagues.
