LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., January 30, 2014 – Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), announced today that Kemp Ross and Mike Sebastian have been appointed to its Global Practice Committee.

Aon Hewitt’s Global Practice Committee, chaired by Andy Cox, is the forum that guides, manages and drives the direction of Aon Hewitt’s global investment operations.

Kemp Ross has been named Head of Investment Solutions and Operations. In this role, he will oversee the direct management of the company's global asset engine and the governance of global operations, practices and solutions. Kemp is a senior partner and serves on the leadership team for Hewitt EnnisKnupp (HEK) and the Aon Hewitt U.S. retirement operating committee. 

Mike Sebastian has been named Head of the Global Investment Committee. In this role, Mike will drive and manage Aon Hewitt's investment capital activities and chair its Global Investment Committee (GIC), which connects the practice's thought leadership efforts around the world, driving thinking on global issues as well as linking closely to local investment committees.
