Aon Hewitt and Motorola Solutions, Inc. Honored with Outsourcing Excellence Award for Partnership

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., April, 9 2014 – Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), and Motorola Solutions, Inc. today announced their relationship was honored by the Outsourcing Center with the Outsourcing Excellence Award for Best Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partnership.

Aon Hewitt and Motorola Solutions began working on Motorola Solutions’ HR Transformation project in 2012, with support going live for the company’s 21,000 employees in 65 countries in January 2013. As part of the HR transformation project, Motorola Solutions became the industry’s first large-market client to go live on Workday, a Software as a Service (SaaS) HR system, through a multi-process HR BPO solution.  Headquartered in Schaumburg, Ill., Motorola Solutions is a leading provider of mission-critical communication solutions and services for enterprise and government customers.
