Aon Named People’s Choice Winner at 2013 Telly Awards
Global Firm Showcases Partnership with Manchester United to Empower Results

Chicago, June 18, 2013Aon plc (NYSE:AON), the leading global provider of risk management and human resource consulting and outsourcing, has been named as a People's Choice winner in the 34th Annual Telly Awards for its recap video of Manchester United’s 2012 pre-season tour titled “Manchester United Tour – Combined”. Aon has been the principal partner and global shirt sponsor of Manchester United since 2010.

Detailing Manchester United’s tour stops in South Africa and China and the various events held in conjunction at each location, the Aon video was selected as a People’s Choice winner through a voting process that was open to the public and carried out via YouTube. The video was selected from thousands of entries representing multiple countries and all 50 states.

The Telly’s are the premier awards honoring outstanding local, regional,  and cable TV commercials and programs, video and film productions, online commercials, video and films. Winners represent the best work of advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments around the world.
