LONDON (December 2, 2013) -- Aon plc (NYSE: AON) today announced that two executives have been named to Business Insurance magazine's 2013 Women to Watch list: Christine Lithgow, President and CEO, Aon Risk Solutions Canada and Tracy Hatlestad, Managing Director of the Aon Singapore Analytics and Innovation Center.

One or more Aon leaders have been named to the Business Insurance Women to Watch list each year since the program was introduced in 2006.

As President and CEO, Lithgow is responsible for the development and execution of the growth strategy of Aon Risk Solutions in Canada by aligning the organization’s leadership and resources to support new and existing client relationships and raising ARS’ profile locally and globally.  Her strategic and forward-thinking leadership has helped Aon address the changing environment of the insurance industry both in Canada and globally, resulting in industry-leading innovation and best practices including Canada’s National Broking Centers of Excellence.  

Hatlestad is the Managing Director of the Aon Singapore Analytics and Innovation Center. The award recognizes Hatlestad’s work in providing global reinsurance brokers and clients with the most up to date and insightful information about the insurance and reinsurance market. She is also recognized for providing expert pricing analysis for U.S. property catastrophe placements and teaming with brokers to ensure the best of Aon Benfield’s risk management services are provided to clients.
