Aon Consulting Announces U.S. Senior Vice President Promotions

CHICAGO, April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), announced today the following vice presidents were promoted to senior vice president in their respective practice groups across the country:

  Baltimore
   --   Ed Greenbaum, age 39, Business Development, Southeast region.
        Greenbaum is the regional sales leader and responsible for managing
        the technical consulting practices within the Southeast region, from
        Maryland to Florida. He also provides technical advice to clients in
        all benefit areas. Greenbaum has been with Aon for nine years.


  Chicago
   --   Katie Bikulcius, age 36, Health & Benefits, Central/West region. In
        this role, Bikulcius serves as the Chicago local practice leader,
        responsible for client services, growth of the practice and
        management of the consulting team.  She also is a practicing
        consultant, leading client relationships and guiding clients' long-
        term benefits strategy.  Bikulcius has been with Aon for nearly
        three years.
   --   Paul Hilling, age 42, Health & Benefits, Central/West region. In
        this role, Hilling will be responsible for new business development
        as the Chicago sales leader for the Health & Benefits practice. His
        additional responsibilities include account management and
        establishing, implementing and supporting clients' health and
        benefits strategies. He has been with Aon for six years.


  Fort Worth, TX
   --   Andrea Silva, age 52, Health & Benefits, Central/West region. In
        this role, Silva is responsible for the Health & Benefits practice
        in Fort Worth.  Her primary responsibilities include delivering
        strategic consulting services to clients.  She has been with Aon for
        23 years.


  Los Angeles
   --   Hugo Sibrian, age 37, Health & Benefits, Central/West region. In
        this role, Hugo will continue to serve clients in the Los Angeles
        area.  He has expertise in health care funding strategies, benefit
        redesign and cost analysis, strategic planning, managing health care
        costs, self-funded plans, premium and dividend accounting, consumer
        driven cost saving strategies and managed care underwriting.  Hugo
        has been with Aon for more than 12 years..





  Miami
   --   Bruce Shanefield, age 46, Health & Benefits, Southeast region.  In
        this role, Shanefield manages a number of client accounts for the
        Miami office. He has expertise in strategic planning, group
        underwriting, financial analysis and cost modeling, and benefit
        comparison.  Shanefield has been with Aon for nine years.


  New York
   --   Mike Colhoun, age 42, Health & Benefits, Northeast region. In this
        role, Colhoun is responsible for local practice management of the
        Health & Benefits practice in New York. He also delivers health and
        welfare consulting services and account management to large
        employers with complex benefits issues.  He has been with Aon for 10
        years.
   --   Rick Stanley, age 38, Health & Benefits, Northeast region. In this
        role, Stanley is responsible for the Greater New York market. He has
        specific expertise in managed care, flexible benefits, as well as
        providing client analysis for self-insured and fully insured group
        insurance programs. He has been with Aon for 16 years.


  Philadelphia
   --   Terry Adamson, age 37, Radford Valuation Services, Radford Surveys +
        Consulting.(1) In this role, Adamson serves as the national practice
        leader for FAS123®. He assists clients with the valuation of stock
        options, performance shares, and other equity based compensation.
        He has been with Aon for nearly 15 years.


  Raleigh
   --   Steve Wyatt, age 52, Retirement, Southeast region. In this role,
        Wyatt is responsible for management duties within the Raleigh and
        Richmond, Va., offices.  He also consults on all aspects of plan
        operations for a group of defined benefit plans, including assisting
        clients with the design, administration, funding and communication
        of employee benefit plans.  He has been with Aon for 26 years.


  Rolling Meadows, IL
   -- John Shish, age 32, Human Resources Outsourcing, Central/West region.
      In this role, Shish is the health and welfare business leader,
      managing a team responsible for the implementation and administration
      of annual and ongoing benefits administration.  He has been with Aon
      for six years.


  Salt Lake City
   --   Brent Crane, age 58, Health & Benefits, Central/West region. Crane
        is the Public Sector practice leader for the Central/West region and
        coordinates the delivery of human capital consulting services to
        clients.  He also is an account manager and provides health and
        welfare consulting and retirement services to clients.  He has been
        with Aon for nine years.


  Seattle
   --   Michael Rask, age 45, Health & Benefits, Central/West region.  In
        this role, Rask will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to
        employers throughout the Pacific Northwest in healthcare funding,
        benefit design, wellness promotion and cost analysis.  Additionally,
        he will serve as the national practice leader for higher education.
        Rask has been with Aon for 18 years.





  Tampa
   --   JR Shamley, age 38, Health & Benefits, Southeast region.  Shamley
        serves as the Tampa Health & Benefits practice leader. He manages a
        team of 40 consultants and is responsible for the delivery of health
        and benefit consulting services for employers. Shamley has been with
        Aon for four years.


  Washington, D.C.
   --   Melissa Bruns Burke, age 36, Human Capital, Southeast region. In
        this role, Burke is responsible for developing client relationships
        and managing a team of consultants in the Baltimore and Washington,
        D.C. offices. Her areas of expertise include developing client-
        centered, results-oriented communication and education solutions to
        address human capital challenges and meet organizational goals.
        Burke has been with Aon for three years.


  Winston-Salem
   --   Scott Herman, age 42, Employee Benefits Outsourcing, Southeast
        region. In this role, Herman is a client relationship manager and
        helps clients implement and administer annual and ongoing benefits
        administration and outsourcing. He has been with Aon for 13 years.
   --   Terri Vaughan, age 55, Retirement, Southeast region. In this role,
        Vaughan is responsible for managing the Southeast Region Defined
        Contribution practice.  This group assists clients with all aspects
        of defined contribution plans including technical and regulatory
        requirements, plan design, compliance and fiduciary services, and
        specialized recordkeeping.  Vaughan has been with Aon for 25 years.
