Four Aon Consulting Executives Named ‘Employee Benefits Power Brokers’ by Risk & Insurance and Human Resource Executive magazines

CHICAGO, June 12, 2008 - Risk & Insurance and Human Resource Executive, two of the benefits and risk management industry’s top publications, have recognized four executives from Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), as Employee Benefits Power Brokers™. This is the magazines’ first ever list of the most influential benefits consultants. With four honorees, Aon Consulting was recognized more than all other competing benefits consultancies, brokerage firms and Fortune 500 companies. 

The Aon Consulting executives, all of whom work in the retirement practice group are: Susan Alford, Alex LeBlanc, Steve McGivney and Michael Morfe.

ccording to the publications, Employee Benefits Power Broker designations are based on nominations provided by consultants and judged by the publications’ staff with input from benefits clients on what makes for the best qualities of consultants. Judging is primarily based on demonstrated knowledge of benefits and insurance, creativity in problem solving and innovation and level of client service, including cost-saving and quality improvement techniques.
