London
NYSE: AOC

LONDON, 07 July 2008 - Aon Risk Services, the leading global risk and insurance firm, has appointed Gaynor Brough as business development director within Aon Global's captive team in the Isle of Man.

Gaynor will manage all aspects of business development, including the growth of existing accounts, as well as creating and implementing innovative strategies to capture new lines of business.

Having been in the insurance industry for the last 20 years, including previous experience as the general manager and director of a self-managed captive insurance company, Gaynor joined Aon in 2007 as an account director. As well, she brings a huge amount of experience in insurance underwriting and multi-domicile captive experience.

Mike Henthorn, director of Aon (Isle of Man) said: "The captive market within the Isle of Man is burgeoning, and this requires a talent like Gaynor's to develop and implement innovative strategies to help boost and build this market further.

"With her wealth of experience, Gaynor brings a unique perspective to insurance, the captive market and client relationship management and growth. She is the perfect choice for this global-facing role."
