Aon Re Global appoints European specialist to UK team

LONDON, 5 August 2008 - Christer Pehrson has joined Aon Re Global as executive director, focusing on its European-based global clients.

He was previously managing director of Guy Carpenter in New York and deputy head of its international department.

Geoffrey Bromley, vice chairman of Aon Re Global comments: "We are delighted to welcome Christer to the team to help us with our global client initiative. Christer will work closely with Aon's European network with a particular emphasis on European global clients. He has specialised in the production, marketing and coordination of multinational clients across a range of classes and we are very pleased that he chose to join our team at Aon. We will also benefit from Christer's significant experience in the Nordic area."
