LONDON, 15 July 2013 – Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), has been appointed by Servier Laboratories to provide a full range of services to its pension scheme.

Servier Laboratories is a leading pharmaceutical company which develops innovative drugs for use by the worldwide healthcare community. Aon Hewitt has previously worked with Servier elsewhere in Europe, including Austria, Belgium, France and Latvia.

With around 1000 members, Servier's £60m hybrid pension scheme in the UK has legacy defined benefit (DB) arrangements and ongoing defined contribution (DC) benefits.  Aon Hewitt will be providing actuarial, administration, investment, secretarial and DC advice and services, as well as DC broking services.
