LONDON, 17 March 2015 - Aon Hewitt, the global talent, retirement and health solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), has announced that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with PRI Pensionsgaranti (PRI), Sweden’s largest firm of pension actuaries and administrators, to provide Swedish and international pensions actuarial services in Sweden.

As part of the agreement:

• PRI will support Aon Hewitt in providing IFRS and US GAAP actuarial services in Sweden to Aon Hewitt global clients
• Aon Hewitt will support PRI in providing global actuarial co-ordination services to PRI clients globally
• PRI will continue to provide administration and Swedish GAAP actuarial services to its Swedish clients
• Aon Hewitt and PRI will continue to provide their other pensions-related services to their existing clients.
