TORONTO, January 26, 2012 — Aon Hewitt, the global human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon Corporation (NYSE:AON), is pleased to announce that Peter Wright has joined the firm as a vice president in its investment consulting practice.

Mr. Wright brings over 25 years of experience to his new role, with expertise in capital market trading and sales, institutional money management, and investment consulting. He will consult to a wide range of clients on issues relating to investment and risk management, including asset mix policy, manager structure and selection, alternative investments and performance monitoring.

“Peter’s vast experience will bring additional expertise to all Aon Hewitt’s clients,” said Brendan George, national investment consulting practice leader. “However, his particular knowledge of alternative investments will be of major interest to organizations that are considering investment in non-traditional assets as a means to reduce overall risk.”

Mr. Wright was one of the initial recipients of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation in 2003. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. He has also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Institute's (CSI) Canadian Securities, Financial Planning and Officers and Directors Courses. Mr. Wright has taught Derivatives Fundamentals and investment courses for both the CSI and George Brown College. He is a frequent speaker at investment conferences.

Mr. Wright is located in Toronto. His appointment is effective immediately.
