LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., June 26, 2012 – Aon Hewitt, the global human resource solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON) announced today it has signed a new contract with BMO Financial Group (BMO), a highly diversified financial services organization, to renew its long-standing partnership to provide HR business process outsourcing (BPO) and benefits administration services. The original contract was signed with BMO in 2003.

Aon Hewitt will continue to provide a comprehensive suite of HR and benefits administration services to BMO’s 46,000 employees in Canada and the U.S., including payroll, workforce administration, health and welfare administration, recruitment services, and compensation administration among many others. As part of the new agreement, Aon Hewitt will add a variety of new services as well, further expanding the solution suite for BMO. For both new and continuing services, Aon Hewitt will implement its newest technology and solutions providing BMO with the best of what the HR BPO industry has to offer.
