LONDON, 5 September 2012 – Aon Hewitt, the global human resource solutions business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), has announced that Centrica plc, a leading integrated energy company, has agreed to renew its contract for Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) services from Aon Hewitt for a further five years.  Aon Hewitt has provided these services to Centrica since 2006.

Under the new contract, Aon Hewitt will continue to provide a comprehensive range of HR BPO services to Centrica’s 32,000 employees in the UK.  These services will include employee data management, payroll, reporting and graduate recruitment. All services will be provided from Aon Hewitt’s facilities in Krakow, Poland, and Gurgaon, India, with a UK-based account team working closely with Centrica's HR department.
