LONDON (1 July, 2019) – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, today announced that it has completed the sale of its Culture & Engagement, Leadership Development & Advisory, and related products and services to Spencer Stuart, a leading executive search and advisory firm. In line with other transactions Aon has made, this sale is designed to help accelerate investments in core growth areas and improve the return on invested capital for shareholders.
Aon will remain in the talent business focused on its Rewards, Assessment and Performance capabilities that help drive growth and manage people risks that organizations face. Connecting the firm’s people analytics to Aon’s broader risk analytics leads to new sources of client value while demonstrating the power of Aon United across solutions.
