During the fourth quarter of 2024, Aon and its colleagues were recognized for achievements around the world in the work we do to help our clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.

Honors for Aon:

• Aon won big at the Financial Promoter Awards winning Sponsorship Initiative of the Year, Content Campaign of the Year and Event-led Initiative of the Year. Alexandra Lewis, chief marketing officer for Reinsurance Solutions, also won Financial Promoter of the Year.
• Business Insurance named NFP, an Aon company, one of the Best Places to Work in Insurance for the eighth consecutive year. Read more about the recognition here.
• At The Insurer’s Parametric Insurer Conference, Aon won Parametric Broking Company of the Year.
• At the Insurance Times Awards, Aon won gold in Diversity and Inclusion Excellence.
• In the FT-Statista 2025 Diversity Leaders Ranking, Aon placed 78^th out of 850 organizations.
• The firm was recognized as a 2024 Preferred Employer for Women in Puerto Rico by Women Who Lead.
• Aon won Cyber Specialist of the Year at the Captive Review European Awards 2024.
• United Pensions, Aon’s multi-employer pan-European pension fund established under pension legislation in Belgium, won Best Belgian Pension Fund at the IPE Conference Awards.

• Kelly Hurren, UK retirement partner, was named Rising Star of the Year, at the Rising Star Awards by Professional Pensions.
• Maria Johannessen, head of UK investment, was recognized in this year’s Financial News 100 Women in Finance.
• Jasmine Lau, UK retirement associate consultant, won Yong Achiever of the Year at the Women in Pensions Awards and was named Actuarial/Advisory Trainee of the Year at the Rising Star Awards.
• Daniel Serota, vice president of government and public affairs, was named to Crain’s Chicago 40 under 40 list.
• Christine Williams, regional managing director, was a 2024 Women to Watch Honoree by Business Insurance.
• Bright Wu, executive director, was named to the Top Global Agile CEO Awards.
