DUBLIN, July 9, 2025 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced Hallie Miller has joined the firm as head of investor relations.

In this role, Miller will lead efforts to communicate the firm’s strategy and performance with the investor community, ensuring transparency and fostering strong relationships with shareholders. Miller is based in the firm’s New York office, reports to Aon CFO Edmund Reese and serves on Aon’s executive committee.

“Investor Relations plays a critical role in shaping how the market understands and values our business,” said Reese. “Hallie brings deep expertise and proven leadership to this function, and her ability to clearly communicate our strategy, performance and long-term value will be instrumental as we execute our 3x3 Plan and deliver on our growth objectives.”

Miller joins Aon with nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations. Most recently, she served as a managing director on JPMorgan Chase’s investor relations team. Prior to that, Miller served as head of investor relations and communications for Evercore and as head of investor relations for AllianceBernstein.
