One big thing: For the 18th year in a row, Aon has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
- The CEI is the premier benchmarking tool in the U.S. measuring corporate policies and practices that support LGBTQ+ workplace safety. Aon joins 534 leading U.S. businesses honored with the coveted Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
- Lisa Stevens, chief administrative officer of Aon, said: "I’m incredibly proud that Aon has once again achieved a top score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. This recognition reaffirms our deep commitment to fostering belonging where LGBTQ+ colleagues feel safe, supported and able to thrive as their authentic selves. Our Pride Alliance continues to inspire connection and support across our firm and I’m grateful for their leadership and the meaningful community they’ve built.”
Why it matters: This achievement reflects our shared commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to show up as their authentic selves.
