CHICAGO, March 25, 2026 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Brian Bark will assume leadership of the New York market in North America, effective May 1.

In this role, Bark will be responsible for the overall strategy and success across Aon’s New York market. He will work closely with leaders across Risk Capital and Human Capital to drive growth and enhance the delivery of bespoke client service across the region.

Bark most recently served as leader of Aon’s Greater Florida market, where he supported clients and led market-level strategy. Bark will be based in New York and will report to Christine Williams, Northeast region leader for Aon.

Bark brings rich experience from both Risk Capital and Human Capital and has been a champion of advancing initiatives, spearheading people and talent strategies and strengthening operational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Aon in 2021, Bark held leadership roles at Brown & Brown, where he served as Northeast Regional Benefits Leader, as well as positions at Mercer and USI.
