CHICAGO, June 24, 2026 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Mike Pasterick has been appointed North America Health Leader, effective immediately.

In this role, Pasterick will lead Aon’s Health Solutions across North America, helping clients navigate transformative trends across healthcare and benefits, including emerging therapies, evolving workforce wellbeing needs and technological innovation. He will be based in the Washington, D.C., area and report to Anne Corona, CEO of North America, and Byron Beebe, CEO of Human Capital. Pasterick succeeds Farheen Dam, who serves as CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer for Aon.

Pasterick will focus on bringing the firm’s capabilities together to help clients address increasingly complex health and benefits challenges, manage costs, improve workforce outcomes and make more informed decisions. He will work closely with Aon’s Human Capital and regional leadership teams to further strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver coordinated, end-to-end capabilities for clients.

With more than 20 years of experience, including over 13 years at Aon, Pasterick most recently served as Aon’s Northeast Region Health Leader, where he led strategy and growth across a diverse client portfolio. In this role, he has helped organizations align healthcare programs with business priorities, particularly during periods of change, including mergers and acquisitions, and is known for bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver connected, client-focused solutions.
