Newly created role will connect strategy, investment priorities and execution across Aon’s solution lines to deliver greater value for clients.  

DUBLIN, Oct. 13, 2026 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Leonora Siccardi has been appointed Global Chief Execution Officer, Risk Capital and Human Capital, effective immediately. Siccardi will report to Joe Peiser, Chief Executive Officer of Risk Capital, and Byron Beebe, Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital.

In this newly created role, Siccardi will strengthen the connection between strategy, investment priorities and execution across Risk Capital, Human Capital, Advisory and Analytics, helping Aon operate with greater pace and focus on behalf of clients. She will identify opportunities for closer collaboration across Solution Lines, accelerate the development and adoption of new capabilities and partner with Aon’s global, regional and functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into consistent delivery for clients and colleagues worldwide.

Siccardi brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, the majority of which she has spent at Aon, and has a strong track record of driving outcomes across Reinsurance Solutions and Risk Capital.

She will continue to serve as Chief Claims Officer for Aon's Reinsurance Solutions business and as Global Head of Client Solutions, Risk Capital, where she is responsible for driving growth initiatives across Aon’s proprietary and cedent facilities, as well as Specialist Claims Solutions.

She is a board member of Aon Reinsurance Italia S.p.A., and has advised C-suite executives and boards on strategy, growth and enterprise transformation throughout her career. She will bring that experience to a remit that now spans both Risk Capital and Human Capital.
