Aon is collaborating with Brooklyn College’s Murray Koppelman School of Business to develop a series of cutting-edge risk management courses and programs for undergraduate students to prepare them for a career in risk management, insurance, finance and more. This program will include guest lectures, internships and an Aon/Spencer Educational Fund tuition award program that will support students throughout their academic journeys.
Aon will provide up to 25 full-tuition awards for students who enrolled in these courses. To further support Aon’s and Brooklyn College’s commitment to diversity, at least 50 percent of the students receiving the tuition awards will come from traditionally underrepresented and diverse backgrounds.
This collaboration with Brooklyn College is part of Aon’s broader efforts to further its commitment to inclusion and diversity and expand access to diverse talent, alongside other initiatives such as the Aon Apprenticeship Program.
