CNBC @ Work hosted a panel discussion featuring Aon CFO Christa Davies, where she discussed the ways Aon is working with clients to meet their growing needs posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and other emerging challenges like cyber threats. While it surfaced opportunities to improve many organizations’ current operating model, it also proved that change can happen quickly and effectively.

“We’re looking at what new innovative solutions we can develop for clients, in this time arguably of their greatest need. The pandemic is really raising the focus on long-tail risk, whether that’s the pandemic itself or cyber or climate change," Davies said.
