During the first quarter of 2023, Aon and its colleagues were recognized for achievements across the globe for our work helping clients address their biggest needs, from navigating new forms of volatility to building a more resilient workforce. 

Honors for our colleagues:

• Forty-eight Aon colleagues were named to Risk & Insurance's Power Brokers List and 18 were finalists. One of the winners - Carol Ungaretti, lead consultant, Commercial Risk Solutions - shared how she helps clients navigate volatility.
• IAM named Brian Hinman, chief innovation officer, intellectual property solutions, to their Market Makers of 2022 list.
• At Business Insurance’s 2023 Break Out Awards, Evelyn Kim, director of strategic solutions and innovation, and Jasmine Gilbert, data and analytics leader, Aon’s Global Risk Consulting team in the U.S., were winners.
• Three Aon colleagues, Nancy Gray, regional managing director in the Americas, Ciaran Healy chief commercial officer AGRC EMEA, and Grainne Richmond, executive vice president head of captive management, were named to the 2023 Power 50 list by Captive Review, which highlights the most influential people in the captive industry.
• Doug Melton, global analytics and actuarial leader, Health Solutions, was listed on Becker’s Hospital Review’s Black Healthcare Leaders to Know list.

Honors for our firm:

• Handshake’s Early Talent Award, which recognizes the best places for Gen Z to start a career in insurance. This year marks the third time Aon has won this award. 
• Aon took home silver in the Public Relations: Corporate Image category in the 2023 Financial Communications Society Portfolio Awards for the firm’s work on National Apprenticeship Week, which featured an Aon event with the First Lady of the United States Jill Biden and three U.S. Cabinet Secretaries.
• At the Best of Brooklyn Gala, hosted by Brooklyn College, Aon was a key honoree which highlights organizations that impact the Brooklyn College student population and the broader Brooklyn community.
• Aon won Factor Investor Offering of the Year at the Wealth and Asset Management Awards presented by MoneyAge.
• The firm was named a finalist in the Business Travel News (BTN) Group’s inaugural Sustainability Awards for Achievement in Sustainability – Managed Travel Program. The awards recognize advocates in driving sustainability progress through the travel industry.
