One big thing: The U.S. is celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, which showcases the successes and value of registered apprenticeship programs in strengthening the economy, advancing racial and gender equity and supporting underserved communities.
- Deserving Recognition: The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship selected Aon apprentice Gabriela Caballero as an Apprentice Trailblazer. Caballero will help the Department of Labor and other stakeholders expand, diversify, modernize and strengthen Registered Apprenticeships across the country.
- Local Apprenticeship Networks throughout the U.S. will host events in Minneapolis, Houston, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, Southern California, New York, Chicago and Northern California — where Aon colleagues and apprentices will attend.
